Personality:

Our candidate is enthusiastic and energetic with a “can do” attitude towards his work. He likes to approach all tasks and assignments methodically, with a clear plan in mind.

His management style is inclusive and he likes to get other’s inputs before making a collective decision. He is not authoritative but will prescribe certain actions and remedies when the situation requires such action. He is a leader but likes to consider himself part of the team, rather than standing alone. In terms of work and responsibilities he carries the team’s objectives as a personal goal and will accept responsibility for not achieving certain aims but shares the successes.

He learns very quickly and absorbs and retains new knowledge easily. This makes it possible for him to adapt to new environments and surroundings with ease. He is also able to transfer knowledge and educate people and particularly enjoys training.

Description of the new challenge:

Our candidate would like to enter into a new direction which allows him to use the skills and knowledge he has acquired in the past 22 year of working. He is prepared to learn and would like to expand his experience.
