If you haven’t found your ideal candidate in our database then we will place your vacancy on our website. Candidates interested in your vacancy will then contact us and after an extensive intake procedure we will carry out the first pre-selection. We will then introduce you to this initial selection.

No cure, no pay

We work on a ‘no cure, no pay’ basis on all our assignments. Only when you have come to contractual agreement with a candidate, will we charge a percentage of the agreed fixed gross annual income. If the candidates employment ceases within 3 months, whether by employer or employee, 50% of the invoiced fee will be returned to you.
