In case your company is in search of a suitable candidate, you are invited to send us a Personnel Recruitment Order (download the form from this website). On this form you are requested to:

1) Indicate you have found a suitable candidate on our website
or,
2) Give us the order to start the search for a suitable candidate

If the ideal candidate is not present within our data file as yet, we will announce the vacancy on our website and possibly other appropriate websites as well depending. Candidates interested in a vacancy at your company will be presented by us to you.

What are the costs?

Your request for a search of suitable personnel will be executed on basis of 'no cure, no pay'. Just upon successful transactions i.e. when you have come to a successful agreement with a candidate, we will charge you a one-time percentage of the agreed fixed annual income.

In case the labour agreement is being terminated within the first 3 months, be it by the employer or the employee, 50% of the invoiced amount will be returned to you.
