LUTGO GLOBAL is the specialist within the Flowers & Food sector (horticulture, vegetables and fruit) in the Netherlands when dealing with international personnel recruitment.

Our main starting point and focus is the individual human being. The human being in search of a suitable vacancy. The human being in search of appropriate personnel and the human being aiming at a step or the next step in his or her international career. We bring individual professionals and companies together and/or try to secure they do stick together. Our objective is to do this in such a manner that people are able to employ their abilities and ambitions to the maximum and that companies on their turn are able to make an optimal use of it.

Lutgo Global and the\nJong Professionals ® program

For young and ambitious talent we developed a new program called Jong Professionals ®.
It firstly applies to young people with a secondary professional and pre-academic education with no, or just a few years of professional experience, who want to work within the Flowers en Food sector. Secondly the program is geared at companies who are open to the development of young talent within their organisations.

For now the Jong Professionals ® program is being launched in the Netherlands only. Based on the experiences during the first period within the Netherlands, a launch of the Jong Professionals ® program with an international scope will be considered as soon as possible.
